IF YOU'RE FEELING LIKE...
In practice you play amazing, but come game time you can't seem to show up the same.
You've been "type-caste" into a role you never signed up for and you're ready to break out and prove your coaches wrong.
You have big dreams to go pro and you're worried that the season of your dreams might never happen.
I CAN HELP WITH THAT
TRUST ME, I GET IT
I couldn't figure out how everyone else was making it look so easy, so effortless. Secretly, I wonder if playing in college was just a fantasy. Build unshakeable confidence
02
Stand out in a sea of mediocre

Working through the AP Life Design process you'll create a vision so powerful that it forces you to grow into the next version of yourself.
STEP 02
Learn how to elevate your peace, step into the arena and compete, and handle the pressure of competitive sports with yoga and meditation practices (whether you're a "yogi" or not) that include the principles of kindness, discipline, and self-study, etc.
STEP 03
Define your personal standard and live the Player Coach habits that support your transformation, sustain joy, and underpin a life well lived.
All of us have a choice in life to play BIG or play small.
Playing small is safe and predictable. Playing BIG is something else - it's bold, unapologetic. It's Coco Gauff at the US Open. It's giving 'I love myself and I'm just getting started.' It's choosing courage over confidence and love over fear.
I believe that...
